I usually read Kindle books on my computer or phone, but sometimes it's more work to get the book on both apps if the book was given to me and not bought/gifted/borrowed through Amazon. Plus, having an actual Kindle will make me so much cooler! :)

I want to win the Kindle Fire because even tho I love my kindle,it constantly messes up and I have to keep calling the help center.I'm grateful that I have a warranty but that warranty will be up in a month and i'd love to just not have problems.oh and the kindle fire is awesome!;)

I'm really excited for the chance to win the Kindle Fire because I really need one for all the tour reviews and review request I have. Right now, I only have the Kindle for PC and I can't always get on it since it's the family computer. If I had a Kindle Fire I would be able to read whenever and wherever I am. It would definitely make things less stressful for sure. Right now I'm trying to collect as many Amazon GC's as I can to buy one, but hopefully I can win and use the GC's for books instead. Here's to hoping! :)

After reading the comments, I wonder whether I want a Kindle since they seem to not be well made! lol, but I guess any reader is good to have. A Kindle Fire would be cool since it's half a tablet as well.

I am so far behind on my TBR list that I need something to keep them all in one PORTABLE place.  I have a kindle app on my android phone but I am limited by space on that.  I was SUPPOSED to have gotten a Kindle Fire for either Christmas LAST YEAR or Mother's Day this year but our car broke down (which we still owed on and it would have cost more to repair it than to trade it in) so we had to trade in for a new car and put the upside down loan into the new loan so now we are broke since our entire tax return went towards down payment (goodbye savings- SIGH!).  So basically everytime I get money saved up to finally get one we have some kind of emergency need that takes priority over frivolity.

I've never had a kindle but I've been dying to win one because I read so many ebooks & I'm constantly downloading more and more. I have the Kindle app on my ipod touch but it's not the same. I would REALLY love to have a Kindle Fire so that I can read books with my son in full color! I've been fortunate to find so many great kids' books for free on Amazon, and I would really like to be able to read those with my 4-year-old on the Fire so we can see the pictures as they are intended!! Also, I really do want to read your book, it sounds fabulous!!

Sorry for those with broken Kindles ... but, some of us have to crank up the old laptop at 2am and wait for security programs to moan and groan when we haven't started it for days because it's such a hassle... and it's hot, and the hum puts you to sleep! (But not while reading The Dream Slayer!) ...Not to mention the aching back from lugging it around (all the while pretending it's a Kindle)!...
